Support - JBH Consulting provide complete support for all of our services between any reasonable hours seven days per week. The majority of problems can be resolved over the phone but where this is not the case then we aim to be at a client site within 24 hours free of charge.
Hosting - JBH Consulting provide all our internet based wervices ( web sites and email ) on our own dedicated servers. The servers are backed up every 24 hours to help form a part of a clients own disaster recovery programme.
